Windows, doors, glass façades. Sites in Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp and their outskirts: hospitals, office buildings, schools, renovation.
8 to 10 people, starting now.
Window and door installer
PVC, aluminium, wood — replacement and new installation
Glass façade installer
office and public buildings, crane installation
Insulation and finishing
sealing, silicone, aluminium trim around the opening
The money
Paid by the hour, from €18.

beginner, first month

experienced installer
≈ €5,000

Gross amounts per month, based on roughly 200 hours. In season a single day can exceed €200.
What you need
- Legal status
- self-employed, or a Belgian residence permit — in that case we employ you officially.
- VCA certificate
- required on site. If you don’t have it, we help you get it.
- Language
- not required. The team speaks French, Dutch, English, Romanian and Russian.
- Driving licence B
- appreciated — the van belongs to the company and stays with its driver.
- Physical
- lifting heavy frames and working at height.
- Tools
- provided. Your own are welcome.
The day
- 7 or 8 am
- one site per day — no running between addresses
- 8 hours minimum
- more if you want. Half-hour break.
- 5/2 or 6/1
- your choice, depending on the load
- Teams of 2, 4 or 6
- a beginner always works next to a specialist
- Travel paid
- company transport. Housing is not provided.
What follows
One trial month, then it is up to you.
We agree on a starting rate. If you keep up and help those who know the trade, the rate goes up — often before the first month is over. One of our foremen arrived knowing nothing about this work.
What we don’t take. Alcohol and drugs on site — not negotiable.
