Privacy and cookie policy

1. What we collect

• —Quote form: name, phone number, e-mail address (optional), project type and the description you write.
• —60-second estimate: your answers to the four questions, plus name and phone.
• —Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in server logs.
• —Measurement and advertising cookies, only if you accept them.

2. Why, and on what legal basis

• —To call you back and prepare your quote — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• —Site security and spam prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• —Audience measurement and advertising — your consent, withdrawable at any time (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• —Accounting obligations if a contract is signed — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

3. Who has access

Your data is never sold or rented. It is accessible to our team and to the following technical providers, bound by contract:

• —Vercel Inc. — website hosting (United States, standard contractual clauses).
• —Resend — sending quote-request notifications by e-mail.
• —Google Ireland Ltd. — audience measurement and advertising, only with your consent.
• —Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

4. How long we keep it

• —Quote requests with no follow-up: 12 months.
• —Customer files: 10 years from the end of the works (Belgian accounting rules).
• —Technical logs: 6 months.
• —Cookies: see the duration listed per cookie below.

5. Cookies used

If you refuse, no measurement or advertising cookie is set and the site works normally. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

• —so_consent — remembers your cookie choice. Necessary. 6 months.
• —_ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, anonymised audience measurement. Consent. 13 months.
• —_gcl_* — Google Ads, shows which ad led to a request. Consent. 90 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to us or call +32 488 87 62 40. We reply within one month.

7. Complaints

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to quote requests is limited to the people handling your file. In case of a data breach posing a high risk to your rights, we notify the Authority within 72 hours and inform you directly.
